Hayim Katsman, 32

The first American citizen identified is 32-year-old Hayim Katsman, who had been living in Israel, his mother told ABC News.Hannah Katsman said she initially thought her son had been taken hostage, but later learned he had been killed when Hamas militants burst into his apartment.She said he and a female neighbor were hiding in a closet when they were found. The neighbor was released but her son was shot dead and his body was found in his apartment, she said."[I've] been getting so many messages from people who worked with Hayim or who knew him, or who met him during their travels and how warm he was, how open," Hannah Katsman told ABC News. "He was a very accepting person and [a] very loyal friend, good sense of humor. He took things in stride."According to the University of Washington's Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies, Hayim Katsman received his Ph.D. in 2021 with his research focusing on "the interrelations of religion and politics in the Middle-East, focusing on Israel/Palestine."。    8月26日消息，国新办今日举行“开局起步‘十五五’”系列主题新闻发布会，工业和信息化部相关负责人介绍全力抓好“十五五”规划实施、加快推进新型工业化有关情况。    发布会上介绍，6G发展将是“十五五”时期的重中之重。     我们将加快6G核心技术攻关，持续开展6G技术试验、标准研制，促进6G产业成熟和生态构建，为6G商用做好准备。          业内普遍认为，6G通信能力将达到5G的10倍以上，并有望在2030年左右实现商用。     此前全球移动通信系统协会大中华区总裁斯寒表示，中国有望成为全球6G部署领先国家之一，预计到2035年，6G渗透率将达到60%。     作为第六代移动通信技术，6G将在5G基础上实现全方位变革，推动通信技术从移动终端走向千行百业。         如果把5G比作信息高速路，6G则是空天地海一体化覆盖的超级智能网，实现不止于速度的全方位变革，具备三大核心能力：     首先，6G跑得更快。     依托毫米波、太赫兹等更高频段，带宽可达5G十倍以上。     北京大学等团队提出光纤-无线融合通信方案，实现光纤与太赫兹无线无缝衔接，单通道传输速率达数百Gbps，4K超高清电影可在1秒内完成下载，处于世界领先水平，为6G速率革命奠定基础。

二 |          其次，6G看得更清。     6G拥有超高精度感知能力，基站兼具通信与雷达探测成像功能，太赫兹波频率高、波长短，可实现亚米级乃至厘米级精准定位与测距。    通过反射信号分析，能为无人机、自动驾驶提供更灵敏的数字感知能力，实现精准路况识别与智能避障。    最后，6G还更聪明。     传统网络依赖云端处理数据，6G基站自带本地AI计算能力，可独立完成数据处理与智能决策，提供个性化智能服务，加速行业数智化转型，同时支持网络自诊断、自修复与自优化，呼应人工智能+发展部署，夯实智能经济基础。
