Guo Jinyun, general manager of Bowen Food Co., Ltd. in Shangri-La, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, said the company has expanded into higher-value, deep-processed mushroom products. Local customs authorities have also introduced measures to strengthen quality control and speed up customs clearance, including a dedicated green channel and 24/7 appointment-based inspection services. Yang Xiao from Shangri-La Customs said customs officers regularly provide one-on-one guidance to local farmers on tariff reductions, certificate applications and other relevant policies.
